QuitDuo
A 90-day plan to cut down and stop smoking — one that adapts to you, with one person in your corner.
A plan that adapts to you
QuitDuo learns your smoking rhythm in the first week, then gradually stretches the time between cigarettes, aiming for zero and a smoke-free stretch before the 90 days end. Within limits, the pace adjusts to how you're actually doing.
QuitDuo is free to install. Your first 7 days are a free trial that includes personal AI messages. After that, the 90-day program — your step-down plan, personal AI messages, a weekly progress message and your day-90 celebration — is a one-time in-app purchase shown as €49.99 that never renews; the price your app store shows, in your currency, is the one that applies, and the 90 days count from the day you buy it. Logging, your history and savings, the tools and the emergency button stay free either way.
Built for two
QuitDuo is designed around one person who has your back — your Observer: a partner, friend or family member who sees your progress and gets an alert when a craving runs high or when you ask for support. You choose who it is, and Observers never pay.
You invite your Observer during your first seven days — the observation week. Your step-down plan starts once your Observer has joined and you have started your 90-day program; if your Observer leaves during your program, your plan pauses until a new one joins, and the program's 90 days keep running. Your Observer sees your nickname, your logs and your progress — never your email address, your craving notes or your journal — and you send each other pre-written messages with a tap. Either of you can end the link at any time in Settings. Logging, the tools, the emergency button and the quit-line always keep working.
Tools for the hard moments
Breathing exercises, distraction ideas, journaling, and one tap to your country's national quit-line where we have a verified number for it.
QuitDuo supports behavior change. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for professional care. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services or a quit-line.
